SIDE LETTER ON TELECOMMUTING
Consistent with past practice, an employee may be allowed to work from home for a temporary
period by mutual agreement between the employee and the Publisher.
This means that working from home shall be voluntary on the part of the employee
and shall not be mandated. Similarly, the Company shall give due consideration
(for example, due to weather) to working from home, but shall not be required to consent to it.
