Mid-Atlantic District Council Meeting Kingston, Nov. 2002 Newspaper Guild locals from across the northeast gathered at Kingston's Ramada Inn for a two-day conference and diversity training. Kingston Newspaper Guild President Claude Dixon, and Treasurer Jonathan Ment, organized this event to raise awareness of issues and realities faced by small TNG locals.
