ARTICLE XXVI - HEALTH & SAFETY


1. The Publisher will not assign an employee to hazardous work without his or her consent. If an employee declines work on the ground it is hazardous, the Publisher may assign it to any willing employee, regardless of classification, or on whatever terms the Publisher may arrange, to any other person.

2. The Publisher will endeavor to provide a safe workplace, will endeavor to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and will endeavor to monitor the workplace to ensure compliance.
