ARTICLE XX - OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES
1. Employees of the Publisher will be free to engage in any activity outside of required working hours, provided such activities do not consist of services performed for any medium of communication in competition with the Publisher and provided further that, without written permission of the Publisher, no employee will exploit his or her connections with the Publisher in the course of such extra activities.
2. Should the work of an employee be made available for sale by the Publisher to any enterprise other than the one in which he is employed, the Publisher will compensate said employee for such other use at a rate to be mutually agreed between the Publisher and the Guild.
