ARTICLE XII - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS


Except as limited by this Agreement, the Publisher retains the exclusive right to manage the business and direct the workforce, including but not limited to the rights to: control operations, methods, facilities, equipment and location(s) of work; maintain efficiency; select customers; set and enforce reasonable rules and regulations; close, sell, liquidate or move the business in whole or in part.
